Job Description:
My client, an established investment firm in Boston, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join their administrative team!

Position Highlights:
- Complex calendar management and travel coordination for senior leadership
- Document management, meeting preparation and debriefs
- Emails and correspondence management
- Work closely with executives on strategic initiatives and projects
- Event coordination and support
- Assist with presentation creation
- Expense reports
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting executive level
- Must come from a similar industry (Investment, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consulting, etc)
- BS/BA degree required
- Google Suite
- Strong communication and proofreading skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
