We are looking for an HR Generalist with advance experience with payroll, editing time sheets, benefits, safety, employee relations and workers compensation.
As an HR Generalist and Ambassador on our team, you will play the most critical role by fulfilling our company's purpose and promise to our business customers. Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm

Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00/hour+ DOE
Responsibilities include:
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be proactive and think outside the box
Very strong communication and team oriented
Employee relations, onboarding and new hire training
Support team with benefits administration, compliance management and reporting
Assist in the payroll administration and employee relations
Requirements of the role include:
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
3+ years of HR experience, must have experience with Benefits, Payroll and Recruitment
Staffing, Higher Education, and/or related professional industry is required!
MUST have proficiency with MS Office Suite
