Our client, a company that consists of ultra-luxury properties, requires an exceptional senior Vice President of Hotel Operations (Americas) who will be responsible for driving and overseeing profitable strategies for Hotel Operations, including Rooms, F&B, and Wellness. This position requires close interaction and leadership with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and Managing Directors (MDs) in their respective regions and hotels. This individual will be required to ensure the operations strategy is aligned to the company strategy and vision. The VP of Operations will work with all leaders with regards to Guest experience, F&B, Wellness and Sales & Marketing initiatives at their respective hotels.
The Vice President of Operations will also act as a conduit for pre-openings between ownership and the hotel RVP and MD. He/she will manage relationships with assigned owners and representatives, ensuring compliance with quality and operations.
The key responsibilities would be to oversee finance, operations, pre-openings, and hotel management teams, act as a guardian of brand positioning across multiple properties, and address adequate solutions when standards are not met. He/she will act as a "Brand Ambassador" at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained. He/she needs to ensure that Managing Directors embrace the culture, and drive all associates to be brand ambassadors.
Key Qualifications
Previous Regional VP leadership experience over multiple properties
At least 3 to 5 years' experience as Hotel Managing Director (GM)of luxury properties
