Identity and Access Management (IAM) Intern
According to a new study published by Polaris Market Research, the global identity & access management (IAM) market is anticipated to reach USD 25.15 billion by 2026. The increasing adoption of connected devices, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Internet of Things (IoT), and audit management combined with cost control are the prime components boosting the market growth. Also, the growth in online applications and risk management compliance mandates are anticipated to impel the identity & access management market and thus it is projected to gain traction over the forecast period.
During the Internship, you will be mentored by engineers and scientists that are experts in Security fields. From design to operations, you will learn to apply security engineering expertise, innovative concepts, and technology solutions to address every facet of our sponsor's cyber challenges in three key strategic areas: threat-based operations, threat-based engineering, and security of evolving and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Have a passion for security
Love to solve problems with efficient, solid code and prove it through automated tests
Be excited by shipping new features and know that delivering to production takes more than just coding
Strive to understand the big picture and given the choice, you would prefer to collaborate with product owners, architects, quality assurance, and infrastructure than to go it alone
Be continuously growing your skillset
Responsibilities:
This is an internship where you will gain in-depth skills in the field of IAM. You will deliver next-generation IAM implementation and solutions to top enterprises by leveraging modern IAM products such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, etc
You will enroll in a series of IAM training provided by our IAM partners. These trainings usually cost thousands of dollars for the public, but you will get them for free here.
You will work under the guidance of senior IAM engineers
After finishing the training, you will start to get your hands dirty on some IAM practices and implementations
With your knowledge and skills improved you will be presented to our clients and work with other teammates to solve problems in the real world
