Role Description
This is a full-time executive assistant role located in Gilbert, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work. The executive assistant will provide administrative support to the Seroda team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, assisting with communication and correspondence and general task management.
This role will be a combination of in-person at our office in Gilbert, AZ and remote.
Qualifications
Expertise in executive administrative assistance and administrative assistance
Ability to provide executive support and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace - Calendar, Email, Docs, Sheets
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
