Job Description of Restaurant Executive Director of People - Chick-fil-A 101 & Telephone:
Ensure all Team Member onboarding, training and accountability are being executed with excellence
Ensuring full compliance with all local, state and federal laws including but not limited to employment law
Leading the Administrative Team in completing all office related tasks such as: reviewing employee time records, processing bi-weekly payroll, etc.
Leading the Marketing Team in accomplishing marketing objectives including: increasing capacity, growing sales, growing profitable channels, and connecting with the community including nonprofits and schools.
Demonstrate an outstanding ability to be a team player and work well with members of the executive team
Show a passion for and understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and the desire to be an advocate for the brand

Starting pay is $88,000 - $90,000 (flexibility for the right candidate)
