Process Engineer at One Source Staffing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Description:

One Source Staffing is looking for a Process Engineer and/or Mechanical Engineer to join a growing manufacturer in Milwaukee!

1. Assists in evaluation of scrap and other non-conformities.
2. Assists with CARs for high scrap jobs with assistance from Plant Foreman, General Manager, and Quality Team.
3. Assists in initial start-up of new jobs.
4. Troubleshoots problem jobs.
5. Assists in review of job files before production.
6. Other duties designated by Head Engineer or General Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Proficient in 3D Models.
4. Knowledge of wax, shell, foundry and finishing procedures.
5. Able to organize work assignments.
6. Able to track experiments and production orders through the departments and obtain and analyze the results.
7. Makes process changes based on experiment results and General Manager's approval.
