Job Description:

Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) is seeking a highly motivated Sr. IT Business Analyst (ITBA).As the ITBA, you will support the implementation of projects together with the IT Team, our Business partners and the EPMO (Executive Project Management Office and Project Managers).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, IT colleagues, contractors and consultants to develop, analyze, document and understand user stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design and system implementations.
  • Perform and document requirements gathering / clarifications with technical team, leveraging agile techniques. Expected documentation to be generated: BRD - Business Requirements Documents, FSD - Functional Specifications Documents, TSD - Technical Specifications Documents, Workflow Diagrams.
  • Working with the internal staff to implement solutions and functionality for Franchisee facing applications as well as internal applications as needed, including but not limited to workflows, data imports and exports, automation, and optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure critical systems are available as agreed (SLA) with the business, Franchisees, and 3rd party Vendors.
  • Accountable for properly following all IT standards, processes, and methodologies as applicable including but not limited to Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and Cybersecurity Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to exercise creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology and or/integrating diverse technology applications.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information systems or comparable education plus experience is required.
  • 7 + years as IT Business Analyst working on projects or product teams; leveraging different methodologies, with primary focus on agile (e.g.SAFe).
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting.
  • Candidate can do both Business Analysis, Technical Analysis and Data Analysis as needed on projects and product teams.
  • Candidate can do research on platforms including navigating systems / solutions and querying of data from both relational and SQL type databases. Strong knowledge of SQL and db querying techniques is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate has Citizen IT skills with the use of Azure Power Platform, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • The ideal candidate has Dynamics 365 CRM (required) and Finance and Operations (a plus) experience.
  • 3+ years of industry experience - Supply chain, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement, CRM, and Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing and deploying integrations among different platforms by using APIs, and SW like Mulesoft, RapidAPI.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing SSO technologies including User Access and Security Management with SailPoint, ForgeRock, Auth0, Okta or similar.
