Our client is a leading broadband communications company and the fourth-largest cable operator in the United States. We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing team dedicated to a highly visible product within the software and data platforms organization.
Position Overview: As a Project Manager within the Location Lifecycle Management (LLM) team, you will play a crucial role in managing projects related to the upgrade and maintenance of the LLM platform. LLM serves as a source of truth for customer addresses associated with construction in new areas and plays a vital role in our serviceability capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, utilize project management tools, and contribute to the enhancement of our in-house tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage Track 1 and Track 2 projects within the LLM ecosystem.
Maintain and oversee APIs leveraged for accessing the LLM ecosystem.
Collaborate with operations groups to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely uploading of addresses from Prism (internal tool) into the LLM ecosystem.
Work closely with databases and other AI/ML resources to validate and correct addresses
Facilitate the process of making addresses serviceable to maximize revenue opportunities.
Coordinate with various teams involved in construction lifecycle activities to activate new locations.
Provide project management support, including tracking project progress, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with organizational processes.
Coordinate data ingestion and platform integration efforts with relevant teams.
Assist in ramping up deployments and managing software upgrades.
Maintain domain knowledge of IT project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT project management.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Gantt charts.
Strong understanding of IT environments and software development processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
