GAA Architects is seeking a Junior Designer / Intern to support project teams including architectural design, interior design, space planning, color/material selection, product research, construction documents, building permit processing, and construction administration on a variety of commercial projects. In addition to above, responsibilities will include vendor relations, material library maintenance, marketing support, and web site maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree (or in progress) in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, Word and Excel.
Some commercial project work experience preferred.
Good verbal/written communication skills.
Have car and ability to travel to local job sites, carry plans for city submittals, etc.
