Responsibilities:
Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data related to revenue cycle processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
EMR-RCM-Finance Integration: Bridge the gap between EMR and finance/accounting systems, ensuring a cohesive and integrated flow of financial data.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate on the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, incorporating insights from EMR and RCM data.
Financial Reporting: Generate comprehensive financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators related to revenue cycle management.
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in FP&A and Data Analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
Proven experience in healthcare finance, accounting, and EMR/RCM analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Knowledge of revenue cycle management processes and their financial implications.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques.
