Gauge and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with insightful analyses.
Align with senior management and production units to formulate and attain short-term and long-term objectives, offering comprehensive assessments impacting various business functions.
Uphold and manage supply chain inventory and records, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
Mentor, lead, and elevate team members, fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvement and excellence.
Address and resolve arising challenges such as delivery delays or other supply chain disruptions.
Negotiate and communicate with external suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a materials or supply chain manager in a similar industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes with a focus on cost reduction and process optimization.
Robust negotiation skills and the ability to forge profitable agreements with external entities.
Strategic and analytical thinking with a capability to implement effective buying and procurement strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the aptitude to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with senior leadership and production teams.
