We are looking for someone to be responsible for managing and leading the manufacturing operations in Mojave, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee safe and environmentally conscious operations on a daily basis to ensure only the highest-quality products are produced in a timely and cost-efficient manner. They will utilize lean manufacturing tools and processes to create a culture of total employee engagement and the elimination of all waste, manage the inventory of raw materials and finished products, and direct the planning and layout of equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization.

What you'll bring to the team:
Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years' chemical plant management experience or a minimum of 8 years' experience in one or more chemical plant management functions: production, materials management, technical, engineering or maintenance
Minimum 5 years' prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation
Significant Lean and 6 Sigma experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Strong computer skills in MS Office
Experience with business management systems, preferably SAP
Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience with capital and project management
Experience with operations accounting and budgeting
Experience dealing with Hazardous Materials
