As a Client Experience Specialist, you are the relationship manager for new and existing clients, serving as a primary point of contact and accountable for proactively delivering the StrongBox Wealth client experience. You will play a vital role in helping our clients with their financial needs and ensuring they are fully satisfied with our services. Must have exemplary customer service and communication skills, acute attention to detail, and an incomparable work ethic.

Responsibilities and Activities
  • Collaborating with clients and interviewing prospective clients to define or confirm their objectives and goals.
  • Gathering necessary information to prepare and update comprehensive financial planning reports and related collateral.
  • Compile and update necessary documents and organize portfolio reviews.
  • Client and prospective client meeting preparation, presence, and documentation in coordination with Wealth Advisors.
  • Updating financial plans utilizing Money Guide Pro software tool.
  • Supporting in the implementation of planning and investment strategies.
  • Proactively executing a tailored service plan by regularly reviewing progress, and updating changes in family and financial circumstances, using Wealthbox CRM.
  • Develop and exhibit expert knowledge regarding the products and services offered.
  • Work according to set standards and operating procedures.
  • Promptly respond to and manage client requests.
  • Collaborating with everyone on the StrongBox Wealth Team. Report directly to the Managing Partner.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in wealth management, investment, financial planning, or finance field.
  • 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree (business, finance, or related field preferred).
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, proficiency with onboarding of new relationships, and ongoing servicing of client relationships.
  • Strong orientation to technology with the ability to learn and work with various platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and work with diverse personalities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and directly in partnership with other team members.
  • Adept problem solver with initiative to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to focus on both delivering results for clients and growing the business.
