Role Description
Cyclologic is looking for a full-time Bike Fitter, located at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters, to be responsible for ensuring our clients are properly fitted for their bicycles, in order to prevent injury and enhance performance.
Qualifications
An understanding of bicycle fit and the ability to perform basic fits would be an advantage but not a requirement
OR a background in kineosology, biomechanics, physiology or related human perfomamce science with an
aptitude for customer serviceand bike knowlege.
Great customer service skills, attention to detail and a genuine aptitude to work with people is our primary job requirement for this role
A strong understanding of cycling, and some knowlege of biomechanics and anatomy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset.
Ability to communicate and educate clients on cycling biomechanics and how it pertains to their body specifics.
Willingness to learn Cyclologic Fit Protocol and follow the methology, for existing fitters they will be expected to lean and adopt new methods as needed.
Ability to work in a team environment with other fitters, sales staff, and technicians.
A keen eye for detail and ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Experience with bike mechanics and repairs is a plus.
Experience with retail is an advantage in this role.
Windows based PC proficiency is an asset in this role.
Being somewhat technologically saavy is important as we utilize a lot of technology in our fitting process.
