Seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for SAP Functional areas including Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Sales and Distribution (SD) to join our team in Lake Forest, California. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, upgrade and enhancement of SAP systems related to MM, WM, and SD modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives on a Global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy: Lead a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and direction in the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP MM, WM, and SD modules. Develop and execute strategies that optimize SAP processes in line with business goals.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
SAP Configuration and Optimization: Ensure optimal configuration of SAP MM, WM, and SD modules to meet business needs. Regularly assess system performance and implement improvements.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users. Provide support and troubleshoot complex issues in SAP MM, WM, and SD areas.
Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules with other business systems. Facilitate data exchange and workflow between different business units.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to SAP implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. Keep abreast of the latest SAP trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP MM, WM, and SD modules, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in leading SAP implementation and optimization projects on a global scale.
Strong understanding of integration points between MM, WM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
SAP certification in MM, WM, or SD modules.
SAP S4 HANA Implementation and Support Experience a Plus

Pay Range: $123,811-$181,590.

Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
