Brand Ambassador contract position is part of a contingent workforce which supports the Small Appliance business at the retail level. This role is an assignment based so hours and assignments will vary from month to month. Strong communication is a must to help drive change and grow our business.

Ability to work weekends is a must
Strong presentation and training skills, both one on one and in large groups
A positive, personable attitude - which allows KitchenAid to succeed in the marketplace
Ability to demonstrate a high level of selling skills within a retail environment
Strong understanding of retail environments, customers & products
Self initiative to understand our products, their features & consumer benefits
Ability to properly use products and demonstrate benefits of product to consumers and sales associates
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including dependability and timeliness with deadlines
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Excellent communication skills / Basic PC Skills
Ability to repetitively lift items weighing 30 lbs or more
Compensation: Hourly compensation of $20.00 per hour. This will increase to $22.00 per hour after 6 months.
Hours: This is a part-time position on the weekends, approximately 3 weeks per month/15 hours per month. Shifts are typically 11AM - 3PM or 12PM - 4PM with an hour of prep.
