We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience with a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide accounting department support and address inquiries
- Conduct English/Spanish translation, proofreading and editing tasks
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience in an office environment or related field
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong clerical skills including typing and data entry
- Knowledge of calendar management and scheduling
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite
- The ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish is required
- Previous roles such as clerk, medical receptionist, or similar positions are advantageous
