About the job - The Entry-Level Office Assistant position involves supporting team operations by making deliveries, picking up supplies, assisting colleagues, and providing administrative help. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Location: Homebase will be in the Heritage Signs & Displays' Charlotte, NC Facility at 2739 Interstate St
Schedule: The typical hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
Make deliveries to clients and team members in the field.
Pick up materials and supplies from vendors. This is physical, fast-paced, involves lifting, lowering and carrying packages and substrates that weigh may weigh up to 60 lbs.
Make runs to support team members.
Assist with a variety of office tasks
Support administrative team members with internal tasks.
Maintain a positive and dynamic attitude.
Seek opportunities to go the extra mile and add value.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
