What You Will Do:
Assist Guidehouse's public sector teams with full lifecycle contract administration including but not limited to:
Reviewing solicitations to identify potential risks
Assisting in proposal development
Examining, analyzing and negotiating contract terms and conditions
Revising contract modifications and proposals
Contract administration to include ensuring compliance with the contract requirements and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts
Professionals at Guidehouse may be subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Responsible for performing critical contract formation and administration of contract functions.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4+ years of prior relevant experience or 8+ years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Experience negotiating terms and conditions with NDA, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts and Prime Contracts.
Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator.
Experience working with GSA and GWACs contracts as well as large and complex Federal Government contracts.
Experience with government contract close-outs and responds to request for information in the possession of government contracts department.
Knowledge of compliance management with contract terms, conditions, and regulations.
What Would Be Nice To Have:

Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
