Job Overview:

The Sr. Product Manager for Makeup is primarily responsible for ideating, developing, and launching global marketing strategies for the introduction of makeup products. Additionally, this role manages the existing product portfolio and develops assets to build brand equity for Farmasi Makeup. This includes the creation and execution of strategic and effective marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and ensuring all brand messaging is aligned with our company's values and goals.

Reports to: VP Marketing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct category analysis, manage COGS, strategize new product introductions, and plan go-to-market activities.
• Develop engaging, educational marketing campaigns for product launches and lead project management for new global product introductions.
• Guide the process from concept brief writing to final product execution and post-launch monitoring.
• Own end-to-end development of face product innovation, including packaging design, lineup, development P&L, and artwork, partnering with cross-functional teams such as creative, packaging, R&D, lifecycle, and finance.
• Establish a multi-year strategic plan and budget for the brand portfolio.
• Lead consumer trend tracking, propose new creative concepts, and conduct ongoing competitive analyses to inform brand strategy and product innovation for a 2-year plan.
• Develop, implement, and pilot 360° marketing and launch plans in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, including packaging, promotional materials, and website visuals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives (Farmasi Influencers) to understand customer market trends, present product ideas, and execute effective market strategies.
• Take full ownership of project facets, including deadline adherence, time management, contingency planning, approval processes, budget management, campaign analysis, and monitoring procedures.
• Develop persuasive copy for marketing materials, product descriptions, and advertising campaigns, and create engaging content for various channels, such as websites, social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
• Experience working with R&D and leading creative projects end-to-end in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a focus on beauty/makeup.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for and knowledge of the makeup industry and specifically for the North American market.
• Must have a solid understanding of the Hispanic Market within the United States
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas effectively to senior management.
• A proven track record of collaborative work and accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, start-up atmosphere.
• Native proficiency in English. Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
