We are seeking bilingual Sales Interns to join our team at Hanwha Advanced Materials. This is a paid internship where you can work alongside our experienced sales team in pricing negotiations, agreement interpretations, commercial metric tracking, and customer relationship building. This program will last one semester with the potential for additional semesters. The ultimate goal is to prepare students for full time employment with Hanwha Advanced Materials as a Sales team member.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop industry knowledge through product training
Work with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Participate in conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and handling objections to secure new business.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction
Learn how to analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Communicate with headquarters located in South Korea
Assist management with translating documents, written and verbal
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Summer semester internship: May- Aug (flexible start date) with potential for additional semesters and goal of full time employment
Paid full-time position during the span of the internship
Monday-Friday, core work hours 1st shift
Required Education and Experience
Completion of Junior year of college in Business, Engineering or other similar program
Authorized to work in United States
Must be 18 years of age or older
Bilingual in Korean and English
Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within defined timelines.
