Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality page authoring under the direction of the UX Design Director and Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) UX Manager.
Create and prepare digital assets for page authoring.
Adherence to our design standards and brand guidelines.
Should have a bold vision for excellence in web design and will work closely with designers, content management, technology, marketing, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer-driven design direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions.
Partner across related disciplines including, usability, design, content management, and web development to meet the objectives of every business engagement.
Strong competency in responsive and adaptive strategies for web design.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
2-4+ years of experience as a designer / AEM author at an agency, retail or financial services institution, or large e-commerce site.
Advanced experience in Adobe Experience Manager is required.
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch App.
Best-practices knowledge of W3C and other web design standards.
Demonstrated understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate branding.
Must be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
