Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at Ecological Restoration & Management in Cockeysville, MD. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and communication. You will work closely with the project team to ensure accurate and timely estimates, assist in cost analysis, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Cost Management, Construction Estimating, and Project Estimation skills
Budgeting and financial analysis experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of environmental restoration and landscaping industry practices
