Job Title: Quality Process Auditor - 3rd Shift
Schedule: Sunday - Friday, from 11pm - 7:30am

Reports To: Head of Lab
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Act as a "full independent second eye" and gatekeeper for deviation control.
Intervention & decision making on non-conformities in support of the production team.
Release finished products: ensure production reports and quality control records are in line with the quality control plan and all actions are traceable.
Coach operator team in acceptability criteria and testing line and ensure a training program is available.
Maintain the product standards and defect classification list for the operator line.
Decision on blocked stock, investigation on issue, decision on disposition, follow up of re-work, release reworked products to the market.
Decision taking on raw material deviation control production line and gather all relevant information to support the complaint handling to the supplier.
Sign off for compliance to specifications and quality control actions at start-up of new production orders.
Follow up special production runs: process validation runs, sample request runs.
Ensure that all Quality Control processes in the production lines are implemented and executed by manufacturing teams.
Ensure deviating products are controlled within the plant and decision taking and release with deviations is done based on Ontex criteria.
Ensure product batches released to the market are screened and controlled according to the set requirements.
Who Will I Be Collaborating With?
Technical, production and supply chain department in the plant.
Use and knowledge of different IT tools within the Ontex Group.
Educational Requirements
Technical or Engineering degree (or equal through proven experience).
Prior Work Requirements
3 years of experience in a quality or technical environment. Experience in a lab environment is a plus.
Technical Requirements
Knowledge about business processes and project management.
Root cause analysis and CAPA management.
Detailed knowledge of product and production process in the plant.
English written and verbal basics any other language is considered as an asset.
Basic interested and knowledge of IT systems (Office or G suites).
