Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Help in overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improve operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with the leadership team and other key stakeholders to improve company performance and recommend strategies to improve results
Establish policies that improve and promote company's vision and culture
Oversee projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Master the art of calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 year's experience in business environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Stay cool under pressure, maintaining your keen situation awareness in fast-paced environments.
Adept at managing challenges and well-prepared to handle any unforeseen issues that may arise
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
