Job Description:
Role: Sr. Manager ERP Data IntegrationLocation: hybrid - must be in driving distance to Fairhaven, MADuration: PERMAs a Data Integration Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Your responsibilities include:
1.Planning Data Integration:
- Develop common definitions for sourced data (current state vs. future state).
- Design common keys in the physical data structure.
- Establish future data integration specifications.
2.Evaluate Existing Data Models:
- Assess MDM/ERP data models in the client's landscape.
- Prepare technical specifications for data modeling that align with business requirements for ERP Go Live and future deployments.
- Consider ongoing Data Governance needs.
3.Optimize Data Interchange:
- Analyze data intake and outbound applications, ERP data, and BI warehouse schema.
- Determine best-fit data interchange methods.
- Evaluate daily ETL data volume and plan performance measures.
4.Ensure Security and Efficiency:
- Implement security measures during the development model in Data Integration (DI).
- Identify factors negatively impacting integration.
- Forecast resource requirements and establish delivery timelines.
5.Enhance Data Quality:
- Review data cleansing and enrichment strategies.
- Propose changes based on business requirements.
- Assess middleware tools for data transformation and routing.
6.Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with SAP BPOs, SMEs, and Technology Solution Architects.
- Perform source system analysis.
- Develop normalized and physical schemas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Professional Experience:
- At least 8 years in data integration.

3-5 years of ETL design experience, specifically within an SAP environment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in SAP S4 HANA data integration and provisioning.
- Solid foundation in SAP S4 HANA database systems.
- Extensive knowledge in DW/BI solution analysis, architecture, design, and development.
- Thorough understanding of SAP hierarchy, concepts, and Data Warehousing methodologies.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
