A leading manufacturing company in La Porte, TX is growing! They are seeking an experience HR Generalist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits and room for growth within the organization. Starting compensation $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required
Payroll experience a plus
Benefits administration exposure required

Policies and procedures
New employee orientation
Assist with benefit renewals
Assist with recruiting
Process payroll
