Utilities One is looking for a qualified Aerial Foreman to lead a crew in Alabama. We offer you the chance to use your aerial and underground fiber-optic construction and maintenance skills in fast-paced, challenging environments while working with one of America's fastest-growing construction firms.
Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, overseeing, and supporting the aerial crew is the primary duty;
Install aerial and underground telecommunications cabling, boring, trenching, etc.;
Undertake pole removal, pole transfers, and set and install new aerial cables;
Keep a detailed record of work activity;
Access construction points as required;
Perform other related duties in Utility construction as assigned in order to complete a project
Requirements
A valid, unrestricted CDL is a must;
Previous OSP Foreman experience;
Willing to travel to different job sites;
Proficient in new build, coax & fiber installation, and pole transfers;
Proficient in performing different kinds of activity & production reports
