Director, Brokerage Operations & Sales is responsible for building and maintaining our brokerage team, develop the business strategy and tactical approach to expansion, collaborate with our team to accelerate growth and market expansion, build a best in class service organization to ensure that we meet the needs of our carriers and customers, build a carrier team to scale and manage our carrier relations, and partner with the broader organization to integrate these new capabilities within our full service offering.

Own the plan and operations team for brokerage in the North American market, including accountability for growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and service quality to our shippers and carriers.
