Job Title: Direct Support Professional / IHS Specialist
Pay Rate: $19.00-$24.00/hour
Schedule: We have morning and afternoon hours available during the work week. We have a few weekend and evening hours available, but only in Minneapolis and Eagan.
Location: We have hours in Ramsey, Dakota, and Hennepin County
Driving Summary: **This position involves driving to a client's home in Minneapolis. There is no home-base, this is a community-based role.
Requirements:
**A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid car insurance is required.****A High School Diploma or GED is required for this role**

*Important to note: staff need to be able to work around pets (cats and dogs). Many, if not most, of our clients have pets in the home. If staff are not able to work around pets that will affect the number of hours they will be able to work. Staff are not required to care for the pets but they will be in client's homes.

Additional Information:
BrightPath reimburses mileage for client transportationEmployees should generally expect to work with at least 2 clients per day, and locations will vary.BrightPath attempts to group shifts within each day to a localized geographic area, but Caregivers should expect to commute throughout the metro area to assigned work sites
