Job Details:

• Previous experience as a scheduler or advance associate within the public sector (e.g., Congressional staffer on Capitol Hill)
• Excellent organizational skills, written communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, ability to handle pressure and large workloads on tight deadlines, and comfort in dealing with high-level officials.
• Interest in technology and innovation.


• Maintain the schedule of events for our two-month project.


• Serving as a scheduler for our events/showcases, including with external guests.
