TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Advisory IT Architect in Atlanta, GA.

This role is responsible for analyzing customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applies principles, concepts, and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Provide expertise in enterprise systems architecture and design including ERP, custom web applications and enterprise systems integration techniques. Define and articulate optimization of business processes via technology for customer-oriented processes, new business products and services.

  • Identify TKE business drivers, analysis of the current IT ecosystem to detect deficiencies, recommend new solutions or upgrades and develop forward thinking strategies to align IT environment with TKE business drivers.

  • major system interfaces, business capability needs, existing architecture weaknesses and opportunities for system improvements.

  • Influence project strategy by proposing new or alternative solutions and balancing effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the PMO, Application and Infrastructure organizations on Information systems architecture and solution design.

  • Participate in all aspects of the project life cycle, from the initial kickoff through to implementation.

  • Investigate latest internal and external technological developments to establish understanding of evolving technologies. Devise innovative solutions for integration of new technology into existing products, applications or services.

  • Consider the compatibility of existing and new modules to ensure system integrity, system interoperability and information security.

  • Advise customers on appropriate solution choices. Act as an advocate engaging in the implementation or configuration process of the chosen solution.

  • Help customer to envision new IT solutions, foster partnerships and creates value propositions.

  • Demonstrate high awareness and recognize internal and external clues to help guide future direction and realize opportunities for the organization.

  • Provide leadership for the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data stored on information systems and comply with all legal requirements.

  • Ensure a high level of governance and compliance via regular review of policy, process and procedures.

  • Understand the global TKE environment. Identify, evaluate and integrate relevant inputs and project requests from different operating and business units into the TKE IT technology roadmap.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or another related field. (Or equivalent work experience)

  • Minimum 8 years of experience of solution architecture experience with Information Systems

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with all aspects of SAP ERP project implementation and production support.

  • Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and implementation of software systems, preferably in Service, Manufacturing and Shared Services Industry. Record of accomplishments in integrating and servicing large business.

  • Ability to be a visionary to proactively assist in defining future projects. Ability to conceive strategies, solutions, build consensus, and sell/execute solutions.

  • Capability to work both independently and as a team member. Strong communication skills in interfacing with TK Elevator partners and the GPI community are required.

  • Typically has 15 or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations with exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.

  • spanning multiple departments with direct international experience a plus.

  • Experience with Configit toolset (Sales & Product Configurator) is preferred

  • Experience with implementation and integration of cloud-based technologies

  • Experience with integrating with ERP (ex. SAP) and PLM (ex. Windchill) solutions

  • Experience with database and middleware products

  • Experience with API Management tools a plus

  • Aptitude to educate and guide others on architectural standards, principles, methodology and trends.

  • In-depth experience aligning business requirements with IT solutions.

  • Experience managing delivery with outsourced service providers, including but not limited to estimating, monitoring work, problem-solving and error correction, and keeping projects on track.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and to plan, manage and deliver stable, reliable and cost-effective technology solutions.

  • Proven track record in implementing systems and managing internal controls to ensure compliance with Group standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
