Weigh powder and measure liquid volume (wt.) to homogeneously mix in a bowl per PC and AI instructions. Pour/scoop mixture into setter tool mold to achieve a smooth minimal air contoured setter.
Visually inspect tools for damage such as nicks/chips and report damage to supervision.
Clean and lubricate setter tool molds before each use.
Load and unload mullite setter beds.
Prepare setter liquid solution by measuring desired volume of each ingredient and thoroughly mix solution.
Place unfired setters on shelves.
Weigh powder and measure liquid volume (wt.) to homogeneously mix in a bowl per PC and AI instructions. Pour/scoop mixture into setter tool mold to achieve a smooth minimal air contoured setter.
Visually inspect tools for damage such as nicks/chips and report damage to supervision.
