Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking candidates for a Medical Front Desk opportunity located in Tampa.


The work schedule is 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.


PAY: $17-$19/HOUR


Job duties:


- Answering the phones


- Greeting patients


- Ensuring paperwork is completed


- Data entry


- Scheduling


- Faxing/Scanning/Emailing


- Ensuring all patients are taken care of in a timely manner


Requirements:


- 1-2 years in the medical field


- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus


- Customer Service Skills


- Administrative background
