I'm working with a highly respected Chambers-ranked Antitrust team that is looking for an Associate or a Counsel. This person can be remote or in DC, NY, or San Francisco.
This role is focused mostly on tech companies with some of the absolute leaders in that field. You will be handling HSR filing analysis and the firm and interacting with the client directly about the filings. If you like working with clients and/or want that experience this role is for you. You will also interact with the FTC's premerger office as issues arise and be the main attorney responsible on matters.
