As an Executive Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and success of our product offering that allows Land’s End Outfitters to grow their business through various industries. You will lead a team of talented product managers and designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of our B2B clients. This position requires a confident, mature, strategic leader who will proactively drive the business through client insights and marketplace knowledge.



  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for industry-specific solutions, aligning with the overall business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Lead a team of designers and product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements, leveraging insights to inform product development decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, sourcing, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, allocate resources effectively, and drive product success.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product management, gathering feedback and insights from clients to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.

  • Drive product innovation and differentiation by staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and customer needs.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance and success of industry-specific products, tracking progress against goals and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for industry-focused solutions both internally and externally, representing Lands’ End at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree: MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10 years product development experience in apparel

  • Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 7-10 years of experience leading teams and driving product strategy in a B2B environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in building and launching industry-specific solutions, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within targeted sectors.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans and initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience in effectively managing teams, fostering collaboration, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Passion for innovation and driving positive change, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
