They are seeking a skilled SAP Analyst - S4HANA to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in SAP application analysis and administration, focusing on supporting business processes, leading projects, and ensuring the secure and reliable operation of their SAP applications.

Focus:
Lead SAP application support and operations and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business key users, internal control, and industrial site teams to support business processes and project delivery.
Liaise with senior IT management to ensure compliance with reporting and licensing requirements.
Lead the development and research of new SAP application solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Perform system administration tasks such as setup, configuration, and monitoring of SAP HANA environments.
Ensure secure administration and configuration of SAP systems, managing user access and authentication.
Manage landscape and network administration, including scalability and high availability strategies.
Oversee data access, integration, and migration within SAP HANA environments.
Lead SAP projects from requirements gathering to documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
Provide on-call support and travel to sites for SAP support activities and disaster recovery support.
Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and procedures for SAP business applications.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance application solutions for the business.
Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Science-related field.
5-7+ years of experience in Information Systems, including project management experience.
Industry certifications such as SAP, S/4 HANA, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are advantageous.
Technical expertise in IT hardware and software technologies relevant to support needs.
Strong collaboration, decision-making, initiative, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP ECC6 and S4 HANA Private Cloud.
Knowledge of SAP HANA Cockpit, SAP HANA Studio, HDBLCM, HDBSQL Command Line, and SAP Integration Suite.
Previous experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
