We are currently looking for a Program Manager - Released Product Management to join our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit (OU) in our Jacksonville, Florida location. Be a part of leading a comprehensive portfolio of proven, powerful ENT technologies, setting the highest standards of integrity and reliability. Remote working arrangements for top talent will be considered.

A Day in the Life

In this exciting role as a Program Manager - Released Product Management, you will engage with multiple Released Product Management (RPM) teams within the ENT OU. You will manage projects that are strategic to the business and work cross functionally with various function al managers while driving program execution. Also, this role will engage with the OU leaders through steering meetings, monthly leadership meetings and daily project execution.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Will establish and maintain strong cross functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulator y , Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Marketing and corporate initiatives and leadership. Ensuring projects are on time, on budget and deliver measurable results.
  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for ENT's released products and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes , and therapies.
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Manages the development and implementation process of products and services involving departmental teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.
  • Owns status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
  • Assesses project issues and develops re solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with other project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders.
  • Engages/communicates with leadership through steering committee meetings, monthly stakeholder meetings and project meetings. Ensures the end products will solve the business problems.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technical Field is required with minimum of 5 years of management experience in regulated industry.
  • Or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years management experience in regulated industry

Nice to Have


  • Experience leading a complex project/program including financial accountability and ability to manage resources.
  • Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiple functions across the organization.
  • PMP Certification desired.
  • Experience coordinating with remote teams

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
