Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client's team, specializing in account management, data entry, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:
  • customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and modifications.
  • a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide effective assistance.
  • and update customer information in our database accurately and promptly.
  • data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • account management experience
  • with relevant departments to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • in tracking and monitoring inventory levels, replenishments, and stock movements.
  • with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
  • updates on order status, product availability, and other relevant information.
  • and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and create spreadsheets.
  • large datasets, perform calculations, and create charts/graphs as needed.
  • and maintain Excel templates for various operational tasks.

Qualifications:

Schedule:
  • Monday- Friday
