POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for scanning, organizing, compiling, and consolidating receipt documentation (e.g., supplier packing slips, IDD Control & Receipt Slips, Material Certificates, etc.) on IDD's network drives. Position reports directly to Stores Supervisor. Must be a U.S. person. Temporary assignment - 4 weeks.
Duties/Responsibilities: • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Skills/Abilities: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe PDF • Ability to scan and print documents • Ability to create electronic folders and consolidate data within folders • Ability to create electronics folders and file data within folders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience auditing data and highlighting issues • Ability to keep information confidential. • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Prior data entry experience preferred
Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Able to walk-up and down stairs as work area is located on 2nd floor of warehouse • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times • Will work onsite Mon thru Fri from 8AM to 5PM
ACCOUNTABILITY
This position is under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by Title 22 of Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
