Job Description:

The Farrell Area School District is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills while maintaining strict confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while working with limited supervision. Must have a high level of computer proficiency including Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, a thorough knowledge of English and grammar usage, be exceptionally organized, and be able to do scheduling, and create and run reports. Prior experience with student information tracking software is a plus. Must have the ability to interact with students and adults. This is a 12-month position with a full salary and benefits package. Occasional attendance during evening events will be required. Experience preferred. Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
