Location: Malvern, PA

Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist


Sales Support Professional - Marketing, Sales, and Communications (MSC) North America


Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid role; must be local)


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple departments within internal sales and service to create and maintain customer and field personnel accounts.


• Utilize SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS PowerApps concurrently to monitor and promptly respond to requests.


• Ensure data accuracy by validating requests, preventing data duplication, and adhering to company protocols and business-specific guidelines.


• Actively oversee departmental Robotic Process Automation (RPA) activities and intervene as necessary.


• Provide after-hours support, including weekends, particularly during financial quarter close events.


• Travel approximately 10% of the time.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requests while remaining organized and multitasking effectively.


• Strong written and oral communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.


• Bonus points for experience with PowerApps and PowerBI.


• Familiarity with SAP and/or Oracle Sales Cloud is advantageous.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited university or college.
