Hilltop Park Post Acute is looking to expand their team with a Charge Nurse - RN!

Hilltop Park Post Acute specializes in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.

What a Charge Nurse Does:

The primary purpose of the job is to direct the day to day functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Requirements:


  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in Colorado

  • CPR certification

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in post acute or skilled nursing preferred
