Responsibilities:

- Interview applicants for programs
- Determine applicant eligibility for programs
- Enter applications into internal databases and maintain accurate records
- Prepare reports and provide clerical support



Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in a call center or office-based setting
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- High School Diploma required
