Responsibilities
Source and engage top talent through strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches using multiple channels
Develop an effective and compelling presentation to sell the firm to prospective candidates; build and manage candidates through the closing and offer stage
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
Proactively incorporate the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy into the recruiting process
Conduct interviews and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent
Manage vendor relationships; identify strategic relationships and strengthen the firm's overall relationship
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 five years of recruiting experience
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching
An understanding of the financial markets and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
