Restaurant Manager Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant
Experience with a steakhouse is preferred
Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
Organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
Team player with the ability to take and provide direction
