Primary Functions:
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Your dedication to our clients' well-being is paramount.
Bio-Psychosocial Assessments: Conduct assessments in various settings to tailor treatment plans.
Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop plans to enhance functioning and well-being.
Effective Mental Health Interventions: Provide therapy in homes and communities.
Collaboration: Work with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic treatment.
Community Linkage: Connect clients to resources and services for ongoing support.

Requirements for Consideration:
Master's Degree: in social work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
Certifications/Licensures: Current Indiana Driver's License.
Background Clearance: Clean record with no felony convictions or offenses involving a dependent population.
Health and Safety: Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical.
