The Tribal Account Manager provides service to the agency's customers on their Tribal commercial insurance program through various means of communication with strong emphasis on retention and growth through prompt and courteous service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Provide direct customer service support for Tribal Commercial Lines clients
  • Issue appropriate documentation as needed including certificates of insurance, auto insurance ID cards, etc.
  • Compose or assist in composition of highly technical or sensitive correspondence
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of communication pertaining to client's insurance program
  • Review accounts handled for adequate coverage
  • Educate, cross sell, and upsell coverages, recommending changes to insured for enhanced protection, ensuring Profit Center Minimum Standards are being met
  • Process change requests and other coverage research issues
  • Process ICRs in compliance with Brown & Brown protocol
  • Check policy coverage and endorsements for accuracy
  • Assume full responsibility for service and administration of client accounts
  • Assist with training as requested by Tribal Manager
  • Assist with Worker's Compensation Analytical Reports as requested by Tribal Division Manager
  • Manage & maintain individual Washington Producer's License by attending appropriate CE classes
Relevant Skills
  • Current Washington State Insurance License and appropriate Non-Resident Licenses.
  • Must be willing to attend continuing education classes to maintain license requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent agency experience handling the service of a large multi-line book of business. Experience working with Tribes is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills - ability to translate technical information in a manner understandable to all levels of clients.
Education And Experience Required
  • Three or more years of agency Lines experience managing the service of multi-line Commercial P&C Business
  • Current WA State Insurance License
  • Experience with Agency Management Software Systems: AMS Preferred
  • Professional Designations preferred (ACSR, CIC, CPCU, CISR)
  • This position may require routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. If appropriate, acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages will be a requirement of this position.
Compensation
$75000 a year DOE + Bonus
