As a FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape. Your duties include:
- Spearheading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
- Collaborating across all organizational levels to develop budgets, projections, and analyses.
- Crafting impactful presentations and analysis summaries.
- Enhancing financial performance through strategic oversight.
- Managing financial reporting systems and data analytics.
- Coordinating the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reports.
- Conducting and evaluating various business scenarios through insightful what-if analyses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CMA or CPA certification preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Self-motivated with excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in flexible packaging
- Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or statistics.
- Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and engagement with Private Equity Firms.
